We are a oyster catering service and pop-up oyster bar for events, parties, private functions, farmers' markets, bars/lounges & festivals. Make your next event memorable with a nautical themed Oyster Bar. We focus on serving the freshest in-season Canadian oysters, sustainable/zero-waste practices and flexible service.
Our oyster bar is curated with ocean-themed decor pieces to give you and your guests a genuine maritime experience. I am the owner, operator, event planner and Chef-de-Cuisine that will assist you from your first phone call to your last oyster! Originally from Atlantic Canada, I have also studied and researched oyster cultivation, history and service. We also provide oyster tasting and shucking lessons with our catering.
When possible, all our oyster shells are placed into local compost and community garden programs and we use biodegradable and reusable cutlery.
