Don not ever go to this spa. It was one of the dirtiest spas that I ever stepped foot in. Hand and arm marks all over the walls. I assume that it is from the massage oil they use on us. 5 inches of dust on any surface there was. Stains all over the carpets. Dollar store flowers every where, which is fine but clean them every now and again. When it came time for my pedicure I asked the aesthetician to clean and sanitize the foot bowl and her tools before she worked on my feet. I would never recommend this spa to any one. Talk about breading ground for bacteria and fungus. Be aware.

The women that runs this place is a bitch.When i was trying to reschedule my appointment she stopped picking up my phone calls, never returned my voicemail and pretended to me someone else when i called from a different number. She signs up for team buy/deal finds to take peoples money and does not want to fulfil the services5

this person did not call to cancel her appointment and was a no show for 2 appointments and was at the spa only 3 times in total we can not afford to have people do this because rmt or estheticians are paid for those no shows

THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I used to go to this Spa on regular basis to get my RMT massage. The person doing my massage was absolutely phenomenal, that's why I hoped to remain as their customer. Few weeks ago, I had to cancel my appointment, as I had bronchitis. I left a message on their answering machine ahead of time. I called yesterday to book an appointment and was requested to provide them with my credit card number, expiry date and the SECURITY CODE at the back! They told me that I will be charged full amount of my RMT massage, if I don't show up. The people I have been speaking with have been extremely rude to me and didn't want to hear me out explaining that I did leave them a message previously. When I asked for a full name of my massage therapist, so I could contact her directly, I was told I am not welcomed there anymore and hung up on. Well, they just lost a very loyal customer. I would never trust people, who want full access to my Credit Card. Very, very shady business...
