I recently moved into my " new qualico" home, and I'm not pleased at all! The final product is horrid, the agents are rude, and have no knowledge. They have taken advantage of my family and I. Never build with them your house will look worse than a collapsing north end home!

Never Again! Worst mistake I have made in my entire life! Worst "Quality", their name is such an oxymoron! Qualico more like crapico! Never build with them unless you want to live in a shack!

Do NOT ever go with Qualico. They don't do a good job. They dont show up and they're the laziest workers ever. I've never seen such lazy workers such as them. When they do come to work they sit around, then do a sloppy job. If you NEVER want your house finished then go with Qualico. Id rate them -1 out of 1-10
