Do not bother, it is a real dirty filthy hole, and I am not kidding when I say that. You take on a lease there, you will bound to be sick and I amo not kidding you. I am very pleased to see that people are putting down there opinions regarding this building. At one time is was actually a nice building people there were actually quite considerate and very friendly, the reasons I left was because, the property management decided to rent to a group home, with alot of nonsense involved with it all. Lots of Vandelism, lots of flooding, the super enjoys sitting outside with a pen and paper, giving everyone a hard time and threatning eviciton if you dont cooperate with her or follow her rules, I also saw her stop peoples health care some into the building to attend for home care. Rents are very very high, lots of mould, very very dirty Complain to the property manager and they do not give a damn, they want there money, thats about it. I also witnessed human feces in the waching machines and in the main pop machine. Still the property management laughs at you like you are crazy when you tell them this. The super does not want to be bothered, and approaching the doorway to her unit the waft of the drugs is quite undesireable, but apparently a family building, ok?? I also had my water tested and found there to be high levels of lead, this was done through the city, on retest apparently it was ok, however my perfectly healthy cat had died and both my son and myself were very very sick when we lived in that apartment. I have pictures where I had tonnes of ice on the inside of my windows and mould set into the floors and side window sills. A hole in the seal in the bathroom the wind would hit me in the middle of winter. The manager laughed at me and I was told to clean it. Since recent this building has been refaced, however I think that the owner and staff are terribly unethical. AS for customer satisfaction, I think this was a terrible way of business. Save yourself the problems, unfortunately tenants especially in a large property management do not have many rights, I also witnessed a disgusting argument between super and elderly tenant, the woman has no morales. I also witnessed the super screwing around with the maintenance staff, and she runs around announcing it and other people in general, so dont waste your time here, its more like an episode of Romper room than anything professional. I hope more people come forth with there stories of this place!!!

This is not an apartment you may wish for. During winter it is too cold and the landlord (Pan) tries to convince you that it is just temporary. The building is not safe at all. You need to stay at laundry if you do not want your cloths being stolen, and they steal stuff from your car in underground parking. Nothing will ever work properly, and when anything needs maintenance (which happens so often) it takes days to be fixed. Several issues we had with frig, electricity, telephone, bathroom, etc. The super of building is really sick; she just enjoys teasing the people. All in all neither the landlord rep, nor the super of building are helpful in any case. I am just happy that will escape from this hell at the end of this month (the worst 1 year of my life)
