I had Lene give me a color consultation years ago when she was still working for Walls Alive and she was great. Since she now has her own business, I used her again for color consult and was disappointed. Instead of finding the perfect color, she gave me too many choices and she also recommended C2 paint which, when I reluctantly switched from the Benj Moore that I always used - I hate the paint. I wonder if there was a reason for her to recommend C2? The painter she recommended was the highest quote I got and not available for months. When she recommended an upholsterer, her price doubled as I was not able to book it for 2 years. Upholsterers do not double in this economy. When I worked with her, I noticed her own home vandalized with eggs twice. I wonder why? Very poor customer service.
